Capture inspection findings

Users create findings from inspection records with an ID, finding number, location, category, severity, due date, description, and immediate action taken.

Classify environmental risk

Each record is organized by category and severity, making issues such as water management, spill control, stormwater, and waste segregation easier to prioritize.

Track status and deadlines

The findings table gives teams a quick operational view with status badges, due dates, and filters for status and severity so urgent items stay visible.

Move actions to closure

Detail and edit screens support the full lifecycle from draft, open, and in progress to pending verification, reopened, and closed.
